- [Forward Deployed Engineer, AI & Integrations](https://www.getwilco.ai/careers/forward-deployed-engineer): Own the technical success of our customers after the contract is signed. Work directly with clinic operations teams to understand how they actually work, then design and ship the workflows they need across voice, WhatsApp, booking systems, CRMs and the Wilco platform.

€30,000–€45,000 gross annual base salary.

- [Platform Engineer, GCP & Developer Infrastructure](https://www.getwilco.ai/careers/platform-engineer): Own the foundation that lets Wilco’s engineers ship quickly, test realistically and operate safely as we scale. Treat infrastructure as a product for other engineers: clear paths, self-service environments, strong defaults, useful abstractions and fast feedback.

€40,000–€50,000 gross annual base salary.

## Working from Lisbon

Both roles are full-time, based in our Lisbon office, with flexibility to work from home on some days. We offer Portuguese employment contracts and flexible compensation with a meal allowance. Relocation can be discussed. Visa sponsorship is not available at the moment.
